CNC Machining Difficulties
1. Strict Dimensional & Position Tolerance The mounting holes for motor and joint bearing require tight positional tolerance. Minor hole position deviation will cause motor assembly jamming, increase rotation friction and reduce neck joint service life.
2. Thin-wall structure risk Neck bracket is designed lightweight with partial thin wall. During high-speed CNC cutting, workpiece vibration easily leads to deformation, affecting flatness. We use optimized clamping & low-vibration cutting parameters to control distortion.
3. Torque & stress requirement The neck joint constantly swings back and forth under dynamic load. Sharp corners will cause stress concentration. We machine rounded fillets on all transition edges to avoid fatigue cracking under repeated motion.
4. Surface quality control High-quality anodizing base surface required. Tool marks and burrs must be fully removed to guarantee stable coating and assembly fit.
